DIY Weddings

& Event Blooms

Bulk blooms is a great option for DIY brides or event hosts.  Buckets are $75 for 60-85 stems, depending on stem size, seasonal availability, and stem value. 

 

This is a budget friendly option for brides who have time and support of family and friends to design their own floral arrangements.

 

How it works.

 

Please complete our DIY Form. On the form you can indicate your color palette and vision.  We will confirm availability for your date within one week of receiving your form.  To reserve your order, we require a 50%  payment  that will go towards final balance. Final balance is due upon pick up.  Cash preferred, checks payable to The Flower Farm, PayPal and credit card. Payment via PayPal or credit card will incur a 5% processing fee.

Pick up at The Flower Farm on the date and time specified on your order form.  We will also happily deliver for an additional fee.

We recommend picking up your flowers as close to the event date as possible, while still allowing yourself enough time to arrange.  Flowers will look their best for 2-3 days and most will last for a week if cared for properly.  

 

Bring your own buckets or borrow ours! If providing your own buckets please bring sanitized five gallon buckets.  If you are using our buckets, we charge a $5 deposit per bucket, refundable upon return.

IMPORTANT:  We highly recommend that flowers be transported in an air conditioned vehicle. Vans or SUV's with fold down seats are great options for transporting your flowers. We recommend  storing your flowers in an air-conditioned or cool dark place out of direct sunlight.

Delivery available for $150 or 10% of the total order (whichever is greater) within Whatcom county.

A La Carte

 

Our A La Carte option is a perfect simple and easy way for couples to create their special day using our farms garden style arrangements.

It is a great route for budget conscious weddings, allowing you flexibility without the minimum cost requirement of our full service wedding option.

Full Service Weddings

At The Flower Farm, our floral designs are inspired by the seasons. We source flowers from our farm and other local growers to make your vision a reality. 

 

This fully customizable option reflects your personality and style. Through our one on one consultations, we will make your dream wedding come to life.  

 

This is a great option for couples wanting floral installations and venue transformations.  We coordinate with your wedding Vendors so you can relax and enjoy your day. For Full service weddings delivery and on-site styling is provided.

For full service weddings we suggest starting at a minimum budget of $2000. At The Flower Farm we offer our full service package to a limited number of clients each season. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability. Once inquiry form is filled out we will review and contact you within a week of receiving inquiry.
